We are seeking a Mortgage Broker Support Officer who wants to take the next step in their career to join the Elite Finance Professionals team. We are seeking a dynamic, driven person who can handle the workload of managing operations of the home loan applications whilst providing exceptional customer service to both our customers and processing team. Must be passionate about helping clients obtain finance for their dream home, first home, investment property, car etc. and be prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Broker Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Principal Mortgage Broker with day to day duties
• Diligently creating and maintaining business systems and reporting to the Principal
• Collect supporting documents and ensure loan applications are ready to be prepared on behalf of clients.
• Managing the business support associate and processing team to ensure processing of loan is completed on time.
• Manage the communication with internal staff and clients on the application from pre-approval, unconditional approval, all the way to settlement.
• Liaise with a variety of third parties throughout the process including Business Development Managers (BDMs), credit officers, valuers, accountants, real estate agents, conveyancers and builders.
• Stay in regular contact with clients after settlement to ensure their mortgage is still working for them.
• Team support and a willingness to teach and learn with each other

• 5 years banking and lending experience
• Proven strong customer relationships
